Take A Day And Get Away

Sometimes life can be stressful. So many things you would like to get done in a day and not enough time to do them. I'm constantly trying to do a hundred things at once, I'm easily distracted and love to do more than one project at a time. I would love to call myself a multitask-er but on some days I just don't want to do anything. On these days I like to take time out for myself and relax or go hiking get some fresh air. I am so blessed to live in the beautiful state of Colorado where there are endless hikes and beauty to see wherever you go.
The other day a few friends and I decided to take to the road and venture the hour drive to
Hanging Lake, CO
Glenwood springs. Known for their amazing hot springs and hiking this was exactly what I needed to relax. We started the day off with Hanging Lake http://www.visitglenwood.com/things-to-do/hanging-lake a 2.4 mile round trip hike to one of the most beautiful natural landmarks in the state. This thriving hanging plant community is truly amazing and worth the hike. Not to mention it's really good exercise and the view is amazing. After this 2 hour hike mostly up a mountain (depending on how fast or slow you go) we are all feeling it. All I want to do at this point is relax my muscles. Well good thing we were in Glenwood Springs, which happens to be full of relaxing hot springs!
Next destination Iron Mountain Hot Springs http://www.ironmountainhotsprings.com/. Newer to Glenwood Springs, opening July of 2015 this place has everything you would want for a nice relaxing day. With 16 pools connected by heated path ways you will be sure to find just the one your looking for. The pools all range in temperature from 102-108 degrees and when you get to warm you can always take a dip in the large pool that's chilling at a perfect 98 degrees:) My experience at Iron Mountain was amazing and I will frequent this place more often.
Iron Mountain Hot Springs
Last stop of our adventure Yampah Spa!  http://www.yampahspa.com/. More than 150 years old Yampha Spa has body treatments, mineral baths, massages, and vapor caves!! In our case we were there for the vapor caves. Never being in one before I didn't know what to expect. At first it's almost as if your heading into a dungeon, and than all of a sudden it's 98 degrees, increasing to 110 and all you can smell are minerals. Naturally this untreated ,therapeutic water contains 34 minerals and trace elements that are so good for the body. These caves are also wonderful for skin detox and muscle therapy. If you are in Glenwood Springs hiking or just exploring I encourage you to take time out for the vapor caves. Your body will thank you, especially after a long hike. Taking time out for yourself is very important. Doing something like hot springs and vapor caves is especially good for your mind, body, and soul. If you have never been in a vapor cave or soaked in hot springs I strongly suggest you try it!!

UnPaCk YoUr FLuFfY SwEaTeRs It'S FaLL TiMe!!!!!

I can't wait it's almost here! Fall is upon us!!! Along with the excitement of getting to pull out all your fall and winter clothes you get to look forward to the leaves changing, camping, drinking pumpkin spice lattes in your uggs (jk) and Halloween is approaching!!!  Now being as I am originally from Wisconsin you can imagine the thousands of leggings, sweaters, long socks and comfy boots I have! I am currently located in Colorado and the weather here is beautiful 24/7 all year round!
few of my favorites
The last two "winters" haven't even been like a winter to me. I am pleased that I don't ever have to suffer in negative 20 degrees anymore but I almost wish some kind of cold front would pass through so I could wear my fall and winter clothes more. Can't complain though a 45 min drive takes me up into the mountains for snowboarding or any other winter activity I decide to embark on :) This is where long warm socks and leggings come in handy! Most of my leggings and yoga pants are PINK/VS with a few Under Armor ones and a few random Aeropostale ones. As some of you know from reading my blogs I love thrift store shopping. Most of my comfy sweaters come from thrift stores while occasionally shopping Charlotte Russe, Forever 21 or American Eagle. ( favorites)  You can find the best over sized sweaters at consignment shops for so cheap!! This probably explains why I have a shopping problem ha ha. Aside from loving the comfortable warm sweaters my favorite fall attire is a pair of boots!!
another few favorites
I have a few pairs of BEAPAW boots www.BEARPAW.com in a few different colors and I also have a tan pair of UGG boots http://www.ugg.com/ that go with anything. My favorite though are my Minnetonka boots https://www.minnetonkamoccasin.com, they look good with everything! Any of these boots will work, same thing different brand. Shopping for clothes in general should not cost you a million dollars unless you got it like that and you don't mind. Even if I was rich I wouldn't be spending $500.00 on a sweater that I could spend $15.00 on at a consignment shop. Not to mention that $500.00 would be taking me somewhere tropical :) Now if you don't have a pair of comfy boots or a fluffy over sized sweater for fall you should get on it!! Most people dread cold weather and winter coming but it's going to happen either way so why not make the best of it. Take up a new winter sport or take up shopping, whatever sounds more inspiring to you! Thank you for taking time out to read, good luck finding your perfect fluffy sweater and a comfy pair of boots for fall :)

Minerals on a Mission

I can't believe we are already nearing the end of August! Were coming into fall and just around the corner is winter! I don't know about you but I am ready to start pulling out my comfy sweaters, long socks and warm boots for the season! With the seasons also comes dry skin. Those of you who have been reading my blog know that i'm obsessed with raw organic products and I I try to keep
everything as simple and natural as possible. This also includes my makeup! Today I want to share with you guys my favorite, Mineral  Fusion!!http://www.mineralfusion.com/pages/minerals-on-a-
Mineral Fusion Brush Cleaner
mission
I discovered Mineral Fusion beginning of the year when I was on the search for a different make up brand that was more organic. I wanted to find something that was animal cruelty free with less ingredients that didn't look or feel like I was wearing makeup. I only use powder and mascara, occasionally throwing on some blush or eye shadow so Mineral Fusion was perfect for me. Based out of Denver Colorado Mineral Fusion is now ranked #1 natural cosmetic brand in the country! Minerals on a Mission!!
Mineral Fusion Powder
They are dedicated to nourishing and moisturizing the skin while improving complexion for all skin types. All products are gluten free and contain no parabens, talc, artificial colors, SLS, synthetic fragrances or phthalates. Mineral Fusion also offers nail polish, hair care, skin care and body lotions while packaging products in 100% recycled materials!! Not to mention they're cruelty free!! Prices o Mineral Fusion products range all over the place but i'm telling you once you try a few products you will be hooked!! I have been using the Mineral Fusion Powder for almost 8 months now and my skin has never remained clearer while using makeup. Not to mention the mascara lengthens my lashes without having to put too many layers on. It truly has changed my skin for the better, ohh the beneficial power of minerals :) Thank you for taking time out to read, ladies I sooooo encourage you to try this makeup!!

On the left I wear no makeup at all, to the right I have applied Mineral Fusion Powder and Mascara. I tried to find the most natural lighting in the house and no filters have been added. The pictures have hardly changed but yet you can see flawless makeup. I guess I found what I was looking for :)

Dairy Free Delicious Pancakes

Good Morning world!!! It's the second to last Monday of August and I can't believe this month has gone by so fast!! Not saying i'm not super excited for fall, it's my second favorite season to summer after all :) One thing that will not be changing no matter what the season is, is the fact that i'm in love with breakfast foods!! Now seeing as I am vegetarian/ vegan/ or maybe I just eat how I want and what I want, I do things a little differently. Lucky for me my other half is also vegetarian and a wonderful cook!(he does most cooking) My favorite is Pancakes with fruit, hemp seeds, and a glass of Almond Milk or Coconut milk whichever we have in the house at the time.

I did a lot of research on the food industry and animal cruelty which lead me to be a vegetarian in the first place, so I don't use dairy products in any of my food at all, and I don't use actual eggs either only egg whites, which are better for you anyways. When we do make scrambled eggs we add seasonal vegetables and toast sprouted or hemp bread on the side. Another quick and easy breakfast favorite is raw oats with fruit and coconut nectar. (future blog posts w/recipe) A lot of people like to assume that vegetarians are missing out or only eat lettuce but truth is there are amazing and endless options when it comes to eating vegetarian/vegan, all of which are way healthier :) I encourage you next time your cooking to try and substitute for a healthier option or maybe make a completely dairy free dish. This could turn out to be something you love that could change your health for the better :)
Start your burner on a low setting ( learned that quick) I use Organic unrefined Coconut oil when I cook, but you can use whatever your preference is. Best thing abut dairy free pancakes is if they are a little gooey from bananas it won't kill you! I like my pancakes fluffy, so that's what you will get with this recipe. You can always tweak it.

1 CUP Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 TBSP Baking powder (depending how fluffy you want your pancake)
2 Smashed Bananas (optional, great source for Potassium)
1 TSP Organic ground Cinnamon
1 TSP Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 CUP Cacao Nibs ( optional, great source of Magnesium, and Antioxidants)
1/2 CUP Almond or Coconut Milk
ADD whatever your favorite fruits are and enjoy. I Also like to add Organic Peanut Butter and Pure Maple Syrup to mine at the end. Thank You for taking time out to read, enjoy your pancakes :)

bAli bOdY dOeS iT bEtteR

Morning world!! It's Thursday almost to the weekend, and we are already half way through August!! Where did summer go? Good thing I discovered BALI BODY, a natural skin and tanning line at the beginning of summer, I can't wait to share this with you!!http://us.balibody.com.au/
Bali Body tanning oils
I discovered Bali Body on Instagram earlier this year. Based in Melbourne Australia, Bali Body is cruelty free, and committed to using natural plant based oils and butters! Inspired by the Indonesia Island of Bali this brand strives to make sure whatever you do and wherever you go, you can take the warm embrace of summer with you!!
Love Bali Body!!!!
The first product I purchased from them was the Natural Tanning and Body Oil with SPF 6. Made 100% from natural, organic, ingredients it not only acts as a tanning lotion but also a moisturizer and hydrating mask for your skin. After discovering this amazing and raw tanning oil I had to go back for more. I also bought the Watermelon tanning oil which naturally enhances your tan with each use because of the actual watermelon seeds! Who would have thought!? I had no idea, and you can't beat the smell! The Watermelon oil is available with or without SPF 6. Bali Body also carries a Cacao Tanning oil made from organic Cacao packed with antioxidants, and it smells like chocolate. (on my wish list) To go with my two amazing tanning oils I had to get the natural moisturizing sunscreen, which is wonderful compared to most store bought products which can be chunky or streaky and sometimes leave white residue. They also carry a Luxe Moisturizing Lotion and a BB Cream with SPF 15 both of which are also on my wish list :)  Protecting your skin is very important and it doesn't matter if your 13, 25, or 40 whenever you choose to start taking care of your skin it's never to late. All Bali Body products range from $20-30 dollars and are worth every penny. I would rather spend twice as much knowing the ingredients will actually help benefit my skin rather than slowly kill it. If you look at the ingredients on most sunscreen and tanning oils you will notice they contain alcohol, acids and 50 other things I can't even pronounce. I'm not going to get into it too much but the less ingredients the better!! Thank you for taking time out to read, I encourage you to look into what I've talked about :) You will not be disappointed with Bali Body, they simply do it better :)

The Benefits of Drinking Magnetic water

Morning :) Another Monday starts the week and I hope everyone is having a great day so far! Today I want to touch base on MAGNETIC WATER!!! For almost 5 years now I have been drinking magnetic water. Most people have never heard of magnetic water and the rest are like " what the hell is in that jar of yours". Magnetic water... It is life changing I am telling you!! Water is the most important thing we need as humans. We are made of mostly water so it makes sense we should hydrate ourselves. Unfortunately the water we have delivered to us through household taps is contaminated with chemicals, industry waste, effluent, and garbage. It is also put through such pressure that any living energy it had is destroyed. We need water that is revitalized and life-giving!! Lucky for us the Russians have been using magnetic water for centuries. http://www.life-sources.com/pages/The-Health-Benefits-of-Magnetic-Water.html (mind blowing)
Magnetic Water
(let stand 24 hours before drinking)
Also known as "Wonder Water", Magnetic water has been known to help with heart disease, stroke, infection, leukemia, lymphoma, osteoporosis, depression, and many more. In general Magnetic water has a therapeutic effect on the body especially digestive, urinary, and nervous systems. It truly is amazing. There are many ways you can magnetize your liquids. Some actually buy a magnetic pad to set their drinks on  http://www.life-sources.com/products/Magnetic-Water-Pad.html it doesn't have to just be water with these pads either it can be coffee, tea, or juice. I was lucky enough to have a friend that makes magnetic jars to set in water and can be used the same way as the magnetic pad. I found a guy who makes it a similar way http://www.apparentlyapparel.com/news/the-unusual-effects-of-magnetic-water but like I said whatever way works for you I am just here to encourage you to start using the wonder water :)  Ideally you should let your water magnetize in a jar for at least 24 hours before drinking it to assure it has the best impact on your body. Like I said in the beginning I have been drinking magnetic water for almost 5 years. When I was a teenager I suffered from endometriosis, which I hear is quite popular among females these days. I used to take birth control and all that stuff and my cramps were still horrible!! I'm talking once a month emergency room horrible. It wasn't until I stopped taking birth
Glass with magnetic powder: made by friend Carolyn White

control and started drinking magnetic water daily that these cramps subsided. Four years later I am still not on birth control and I hardly ever get cramps besides a little on the first day. I strongly believe drinking magnetic water has helped me beat endometriosis. If you continue to read my blogs you will see I am in love with natural, organic, healthy living options!!! Now if your not too busy I encourage you to take some time out today to look into the links I added or do your own research on the Wonder Water. I promise you will walk away in awe and some will even purchase something to magnetize their liquids :) If you care about your body and the water you give it this will change everything. I can not stress enough how great magnetic water is and how over time of consuming it you will see amazing changes with your body. You will feel healthy and alive!! Thank you for taking time out to read, enjoy your crazy Monday!! :)

LiVe MuSic and a PhOtOsHoOt

Good Morning early Birds!! It was a long weekend followed by a nice drive through the mountains to Denver where I would spend my next 3 days. Most people dread driving, I do not. I actually enjoy being in my car away from everyone else listening to music and hanging out in my own head for a while. Usually I find myself listening to Dirty Heads, Soja, Slightly Stupid or Rebelution, sometimes making a drastic change to country music or classical. I literally listen to everything, but those four are my go to favorite! The drive alone to Denver makes me want to just crank up my music hit the cruise and drive across the country. It's only a three and a half hour drive that to me really only feels like two. The scenery is amazing and if your lucky you will get caught in traffic and be able to breath in some of the mountain fresh air! That's the best part of being stuck in freeway traffic :)
Do you want to know what I love about Denver? The fact that there is always something going on! Every night of the week there is live music, and you can't beat the random characters you find around this city!!! Denver is truly inspiring :) This time when I was in town we ended up at Scruffy Murphy's Irish pub downtown on Larimer street!!!http://www.scruffymurphysirishpub.com/ There were a few live bands playing including Silver, Dammit Jim, Three Grams, Then I fly, and my friends band Ballistic Biscuit. Most of these bands were punk with a few rock ones in between. I told you I literally listen and love all music!! The energy from live shows is so real and raw it will keep you coming back for more every time :)

Aside from being able to hang out downtown and listen to great live music I was actually in town to do a photo shoot with one of my very talented and best friend Jenna :) We are both originally from Wisconsin, where she went to Platteville University for Graphic Design and Photography. Now she is just killing it with everything she does!! https://www.behance.net/jlark I have recently decided that I want to try and give modeling a shot. I have always been interested, and have been told I am very photogenic, which after this shoot with Jenna I may have to agree :) We decided to keep it simple and do the shoot at her house. She has amazing brick walls and a nice backyard.

We were't trying too be to fancy just get some nice head shots, with a more natural look to them. To say the least we were stoked after every set we did!!! I was soo shocked and impressed with myself I didn't even have words. Coming from someone who has never had family photos or senior pictures taken ever this was life changing!! I could photograph well and I was easy to shoot. I strongly believe putting yourself out there is the first step. Lucky for me I was able to do this shoot with someone I knew which made it slightly less nerve racking but still there is pressure to being in front of a camera trying to "model" when you aren't exactly a "model". Needless to say I am absolutely thrilled with all of the pictures and I can't wait to start shooting with more photographers!! My Denver trip was a success and I can't wait to share all the pictures we took!! If anyone reading this has any advise for an aspiring model or knows of any good photographers in Colorado please feel free to comment, I would love the feedback. Thank you for reading and enjoy the rest of the week!

I Haven't Been Everywhere but it's on my List ~ Costa Rica Adventures Part 1~

Happy Friday!! Hope everyone is having an eventful week, I just wanted to take some time out and talk about traveling!! For many of you it's back to school and most are finishing up traveling for the summer. If you haven't gone somewhere yet this year I encourage you to do so!! There are so many great places in this world to travel to. We are not on this planet to live, work, and die people!! We are here to enjoy this beautiful life!! If your having troubles deciding where to go let me help you. I hands down recommend Costa Rica!!!

Playa Del Coco Beach
Not only is the weather absolutely beautiful but there are also so many different activities you will never get bored! With all the craziness that's going on in the world it helps that i'ts not too far away, Costa Rica is in it's own little safe haven. I recently went down there and it was a totally random get away. Me and two girls that I worked with were talking about getting out of town and the next thing you know were booking tickets to Costa Rica. No joke. None of us had been there before, I didn't even have a passport. but we decided what the hell, why not! We flew into Liberia where we rented a car and planned on exploring the north western part of the country.

View in Playa Del Coco
We began the drive from Liberia to Playa Del Coco which would be our first destination. Here we would be so lucky to meet a man who was originally from California but had been living in Costa Rica for many years. This man Dino became our personal tour guide. Now if your not too shy and you trust your gut instinct I would recommend talking to a few locals, they will always know where the best adventures are at. That being said this is how we were able to enjoy a beautiful hike off the beaten path that most people don't get to see. We spent hours at this beach in the middle of no where collecting seashells and relaxing in warm pools of water with the sea urchins.

Top of the hike overlooking
Golfo De Papagayo
Breakfast @ M&M
Playa Del CoCo is full of tiny shops so be sure to explore them all and as for the restaurants, the food is amazing!!! Even the fruit tastes like magic. Me being a vegetarian was loving life!! Every morning we would wake up at the hotel we were staying at and have coffee and fruit :) The first place we stayed at www.hotelmym.com was only $11 dollars a night, and had excellent service aside from the rooster that woke us up at 6 am every morning, but hey who wants to sleep in late anyway when the sun is already shinning and you can smell the ocean!!! It's off to Tamarindo!!! If you know you are not a strong driver maybe hand over the keys to someone who is because Costa Rican drivers are crazy!! Not to mention the roads are all narrow and curvy, and the signs are all in Spanish. I did not know any Spanish at the time, the two girls I was with knew some but I knew nothing. Don' let this stop you, you will learn quickly.                                                ~Camberlynn

I Haven't Been Everywhere but it's On my List ~Costa Rica Adventure Part 2~

My Costa Rican dog "CoCo"
The Drive alone to Tamarindo is gorgeous, and once you get there it's breathtaking!! We arrived around sunset so the whole town was lit up not only by the sun but by all the beautiful lights hanging from buildings and trees. All of the places and houses have so much character and color to them it's almost like something out of a book. Everyone is happy. The vibe of Tamarindo is a care free relaxed vibe and you cant help but to feel it while you are there. Also If you come to Costa Rica you will notice random stray dogs everywhere. These dogs are so used to people they will follow you around like a pet!!
Now as for where we stayed in Tamarindo we continued to do hostels, they are cheap, and you meet people from all over the world. If you do not feel comfortable sleeping in a room with strangers depending on occupancy at the time I would recommend something different for you. We stayed at Sunset Hostel http://www.hostelworld.com/hosteldetails.php/Sunset-Hostel/Tamarindo/97964 and roomed with a few other people. While we were in Tamarindo we rented surf boards for the day from a local shop and it only cost us $10 dollars!! I found that even though I snowboard surfing is a lot harder then I would have thought. Props to all of you that surf! We also were lucky enough to find a really good package deal on a trip up to Hacienda Rincon De LaVieja ( national Park) for $100 dollars. You can find people selling these packages down town and near the beach you just have to do your research to make sure it's not a scam. The package we got included transportation to and from, a huge lunch buffet, zip lining, horseback riding, white river rafting, rock climbing and an amazing mud bath in natural hot springs!! This is definitely something you want to take advantage of!

How we ended our trip was by heading to Montreverde which I personally think was the most epic part of our trip! The scenery in Costa Rica is great so if you can rent a car and drive yourself ,this will give you more opportunity to stop when and where you want to. Montreverde is set up in levels almost. A village with different levels and amazing shaped buildings. The art and culture of this town are amazing. Truly inspiring. Here in Montreverde we stayed at https://www.expedia.ca/Monteverde-Hotels-Camino-Verde-Bed-Breakfast.h4449816.Hotel-Information This was the cutest most artistically displayed place I had ever been too!! It was amazing! The walls were made of clay with recycled bottles in them and the views were breathtaking. Your so high up in the rain forest that you actually see multiple rainbows a day!! If you love hiking Iwould recommend the Catarata Montreverde Waterfall hike. It's not too straining and is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful!! Whom I kidding the whole country is stunning!!!!!
Catarata Montreverde Waterfall
Bridge on hike to waterfall
Costa Rica was life changing for me and I feel blessed to be able to explore and travel. What ever your doing I hope this inspired you to get away, see somewhere new, and don't let anything hold you back!

   LOVE YOU COSTA RICA!!

Coffee Tastes Better With Maple Syrup

For all you coffee lovers out there that choose not to drink your coffee black I have a life changing recipe that is healthier than creamer!!! On muggy mornings like today a cup of coffee or tea is a must. I try to switch it up between the two to avoid caffeine headaches, today was most definitely a coffee day :) I personally don't like to buy already ground up coffee, instead I buy a bag of coffee beans as little or as much as I want and I grind them up myself. I try my best to keep it local and lucky for me Colorado keeps it local. I also Keep my beans in the refrigerator to preserve freshness

The coffee grinder I use is a basic "Mr.Coffee" one from Wal-Mart with just the 3 settings. There are more advanced ones you can choose to your liking but this one gets the job done. I also got my coffee press from Wal-Mart, same brand but there are also more advanced ones. I found a nice one at Target that i'm planning on purchasing at one point or another but for now as long as I can press my coffee i'm good! In my house I'm lucky enough to say I'm the only one who drinks coffee so these smaller devices work perfect for me! After Boiling water and grinding up whatever flavor beans I want my coffee is almost ready! I don't like to use creamer, white sugar, or ,milk in my coffee.

I usually drink it black or instead use a little bit of raw maple syrup and a sprinkle of raw sugar. Depending on how sweet you like your coffee add more or less to your liking. I love it when my friends come over for coffee because most of them expect the raw, healthy, "hippie" stuff and when they love the coffee and love the maple syrup in it I am beyond pleased. It's always nice inspiring people on to a healthier way of living. Reach outside your comfort zone and try it!!!! You won't be disappointed it's deliciousness!!

Fitness Apparel and Thrift Shops

Another day of blue skies and sunny, I just cant get enough! Neither can anyone else!! It's the peak of summer and everyone is taking advantage of the beautiful weather. I myself love being out doors, and have come to notice more and more people sporting athletic apparel!! The fitness trend has been building over the last 3-5 years and there are so many different active wear brands!! When I think brand names I think Nike, Adidas, and Reebok along with many more which are all great I personally love Nike, but there also a little pricey. I'm here to say,you do not have to spend a lot of money to get cute work out clothes. I myself prefer to thrift store shop for most of my clothes. It's basically recycling and you score the sweetest deals. You really can't beat it.. well maybe garage sales trump all but thrift stores are amazing!! Literally over half of my closet was bought at random thrift stores!
I just started an Aerial Silks class the other day and it's the perfect time to go on the search specifically for athletic shorts. I hit up the big stores first like Target, JCPenny, and Kohl's but I found myself back at one of my favorite little consignment shops. I knew that if I found what I was looking for I wouldn't be able to beat the price. Sure enough I found 3 pairs of Nike athletic shorts that I absolutely loved and I ended up paying less than $25 dollars for all of them. You could say that I was thrilled!! Having good comfortable work out clothes helps you to feel good and comfortable about yourself while you work out. I think that it is part of what continues to make athletic apparel so popular. I think there is motivation in picking out the perfect outfit for a new class or maybe just for your normal routine. Shopping in general can be therapeutic. You want to feel good while working out so why not spend a few bucks and get some fun yoga pants or a colorful sports bra. Be smart how you spend your money, always look for the best deals, and when in doubt thrift shop it up because you will always find what your looking for.

MoRnInG SuNsHiNe and ViTaMiN C SeRuM

Good afternoon Monday!! It's the start of another crazy busy week, and the day after a long weekend in Denver! I spent the weekend helping my best friend move into her new place along with doing my second Promo Girl gig with Belong Designs, a fitness clothing label started and centered around the beautiful state of Colorado. While the weekend was very eventful i'm thrilled to be back in my beautiful home, surrounded by every thing I love!!
If your reading my blogs you will come to learn that I am obsessed with organic, natural products!! I have recently turned all my makeup to organic along with all my skin and hair products!! One of my favorite skin products and what I start my Monday's with is MAD HIPPIE advanced skin care Vitamin C Serum!!www.vitacost.com/mad-hippie .Containing Konjac Root, Fervlic, and Hyaluronic Acid this stuff is great for evening out your skin tone!!Vitamin C is crucial for the production of collagen, and helps maintain elasticity and firmness, which makes it great for anti aging! I absolutely love it!
Preventive care for your skin also means using sunscreen. Growing up I never used sunscreen, now that I 'm older I can literally point out new freckles!I recently started using an SPF 30 organic sunscreen any time I plan to be out in the sun for more than a few hours. Taking care of your skin only takes a few minutes, and it is going to help for long after!!Whatever your doing this Monday I encourage you to take a few minutes to look into some new skin care remedies!! Reach outside the box, and as always try to stay organic, natural, and or plant based. I promise your body and the planet will thank you :)
